GREAT OPPORTUNITIES!

Canal Street Marketplace has arranged to create an opportunity for our vendors to supply essentials to market patrons.

Distribution centers are reporting significant interruptions upcoming with the delivering of meats to the grocery chains. Your benefits of taking this opportunity is NO DELAYS when you pre-order and pick up at the Canal Street Marketplace.

Place your order today for Thursday pick-up!

How our program works:

Each week the Canal Street Marketplace will post to our Facebook page and Instagram page listing participating vendors and their items for that week.

You can also visit us here weekly to see which vendors are participating and what they will be offering as well.

How the distribution works:

Our participating vendors will drop off the pre-paid items which will be labeled with patrons' name on the box / bag of products. Pull your car up to the music pavilion, provide us with your name and a marketplace committee will load your trunk between 12 and 2 pm on Thursday's.

Vendors will collect funds directly from all patrons at the time of ordering with the specific vendor of choice.

  •     Local farmers choose their varieties based on good flavor instead of long shipping characteristics.

  • Support family farms, conserve farmland & local communities

  • You have a chance to know the farmer and his production methods so you may use your dollar to endorse the methods you support.

  • Fewer miles from field to table reduces fossil fuel consumption and the resulting air pollution.

  • Less packaging means reduced waste.
